Yes! We can fill any valid & current prescription from any optometrist.

Average timeframe 10-14 business days. Custom orders may increase this window. Any delays or issues, we notify you asap.

We want you to be happy in your Perception Optical made glasses and go the extra mile to ensure that. We aim to resolve any issues promptly, such as re-checking your prescription and if needed, re-making the lenses. Refunds are granted only after our remedy process. We require patients to communicate with us as soon as any visual issues arise.

Yes! You can drop off your old glasses to be donated. They will go to either the Lions Club (to be shared to those in need) or to local opticianry programs to help train.

We are not in network for any medical or vision plans. Upon request, we’re happy to send itemized receipts.
