  • We can fill any valid & current vision prescription from a licensed Optometrist/Ophthalmologist. Should any issues arise after dispensing, you may need to return to your prescription provider to re-check the Rx.

  • Average timeframe 10-14 business days. More complex orders may increase this window. Any delays or issues, we notify you asap.

  • We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Perception Optical glasses, and we stand behind the quality of our work.

    If you experience any issues with your vision, please contact us promptly so we can evaluate and resolve the concern. This may include verifying your prescription and, if needed, remaking your lenses.

    Refunds are considered only after all reasonable adjustments and remedies have been attempted and no satisfactory resolution has been achieved.

  • Yes! You can drop off your old glasses to be donated. They will go to either the Lions Club (to be shared to those in need) or to local opticianry programs to help train.

  • We are not in network for any medical or vision plans. Upon request, we’re happy to send itemized receipts.
